CON'S daily diet and training journal

This is Con's journal regarding his daily diet regimen as well as his training routine.

worked out full body today with lighter weights trying to ease my body back into i thikni ti should take like 2 or 3 weeks before i start a routine, right rob!!!....ok i'll continue to do this for a week before i start a routine.
Diet
i would like to think i did ok but apperently i ate a bad slice of earls cheesy lasagna but my body hides cheats very well...lol

did 35 minutes of cardio today split up between the upright bike, stepper and treadmill... i actually sweated more then i would singing kareoke...lol thats a good thing i'm guessing..
Diet
i got my five meals in today they were all good i even refused loganisa at dinner today, and finished it off with a shake and apple after the gym thank you that is all good night

it wasnt so much teh lasagna but the combo of lasagna, bun, yogurt with granola, and turkey slices. lets just imagine it was a post workout meal, and singing was ur workout, since you sweated so much.

writing out my meals is too much just trust in me...i'm doing good...i had a cheat yesterday and today i wrote on the wall of shame...i wasnt calling you out earl i was just saying you asked for suggestions about your meals and people gave them to you but your meals still looked the same

ok ok so i'll write down my meals for the day at the request of you guys
meal 1:
steak, two slices of WW toast and a banana

meal 2:
protein shake, and an apple

meal 3:
chicken breast with a little bit of white rice maybe bout 1 whole scoop

meal 4:
grilled pork with two slices of WW bread

meal 5:
shake with toast and banana

worked out chest today
still not doing the heaviest weight as i'm still a littel sore from mountain climbing whihc i suggest we all do and experience the pain that i have been through the past two days when your ass brother wont let you down till yu finish the wall that was clearly to hard for me...ok i'm done with that little rant but my work out each excercise consisted of

3 sets 12-15 reps of
flat bench
incline
flys
incline cable flys
and some pushups till rob was done with the cable machine did about 4 sets i think
that is all for today see you tomorrow prolyl ABIENTO!!!

but seriously, great job with the diet dude! prolly one of the best entries i've seen out of anyone up to now in terms of diet!

i know that once u get into it, and once ur mom buys u good food, that you have the ability to stay on track as much or better then anyone else in this competition. awesome job!

and if anyone is questioning the amount of carbs he is eating, keep in mind that he's gaining so he can afford to add fruit with every meal, on top of bread or rice. but us fatties, have to keep the carbs low *tear*

i'm eating so much steak i'm afraid i'm going to get gout hopefully my parents will buy more chicken breast soon, also you can only eat so much steak before you feel bad that you just killed a family of cows in a week

Workout

did the 30 minute circuit with some of you today, although brutal you feel nice afterwards so nice afterwards that i didnt know my achilles was hurting till bout ten minutes after this blog is more so bout complaing more then anything ok so while i'm at what is with all the war....that is all LOVE YOU GUYS and KEEP ON KEEPIN ON

MEAL 1: nutri grain bar...lol
MEAL 2: (cheat) openfaced chili cheese burger with ceaser salad
meal 3: (CHEAT) eric is right it's just to hard to say no to palabok and all its goodness it brings to the world
Meal 4: small pho with chicken
meal 5: shake and banana...the only thing good bout today...

i didnt workout today i played basketball so that is my second day of cardio tommorrow back to weights....

I think i am sick, or half way there but not living on a prayer (ba dum chh)I know my diet was shit today and i know i should eat better but i wasnt feeling up to making anything considering i was passed out most of the day. I HATE PUNCTUATION!!! but if you bug me enuogh i will start...GODSPEED (i still dont really know what that means)

friday and saturday not so good in as in how many meals i had saturday i finished my last two cheat meals in the form of pizza and korean bbq although i did not gorge my self like jen and earl well more so jen earl did not eat alot he was busy having fun cooking but jen on the other hand had like 6 trays of squid to herself....
todya i am working out *sigh*

had one cheat meal last night so one already taken this week.
today
meal 1: chicken breast with scoop of white rice

meal 2:chicken sharwama on white pita jen took last whole wheat with water

meal 3: 2 bowls granola with milk ( dont know if i would count this, as a meal)

meal 4: beef with scoop of white rice

meal 5: mass factor post work out shake

workout:
chest
3 sets of 12,9,6 of
flat bench 45lbs, 50lbs,60lbs
incline bench 40lbs,45lbs,50lbs
flys the machine: 65,85,105

i figure next week the weights hsuold increase and i hope ill be able to use the cable machine for flys instead...

triceps
4 sets 15,12,9,6 ( dont ask me why i did it this way all i know was i was tired after...lol)

pull downs first

then i did extension withte rope
that is all no rant to day but is hould definitely be picking it up withthe weight days

yesterday didnt get to the gym but i did sweaet al ot jumping around at the concert that can be cardio...huh huh huh...ok...i ate fine yesterday only 4 meals though

today:

meal 1: beef with white rice
meal 2: banana and shake
meal 3: chicken breast and rice
meal 4: shake with banana

ok so today i got 4 meals only too i'm slacking with the diet i jsut noticed

ran on the elliptical for 10 minutes, then did popups the first set killed me cause i decided to be a little cocky i paid for it during hte last set...lol

ok so my entries have been lacking this week so i'll write down my cheats meals instead and tell you i missed pretty much one meal every day:
i had a slice a pizza one day
i had chinese food yesterday
i had chips on friday cause the munchies kick cause thats what happens on 420 when you just smoke joints for 2 joints in an hour and half....
my working out has been good this week will be better in terms of posts and everything so we shall continue to be fit and have fun

i will do both meal logs for today and yesterday:

yesterday:
M1: shake and banana
M2: chicken breast with rice
M3:subway club sandwich
M4: ciabetta chicken sandwich
m5: shake

today:
M1: bowl of multigrain cheerios i know not the greatest meal
M2: chicken soulvaki plate iwth rice and salad
M3: WW wrap with seasoned chicken slices
M4: (cheat#2) WINGS
M5:shake and banana

Workout
Yesterday did chest and triceps

i'm back to doing heavier weights
for all my excercises and we finished off with some ab work

Today did the circuit it was good had a decent sweat but sore feet, that comment has no relevence to anything, other then to let you know i have sore feet...

I REALLY APPRECIATE WORKING OUT WITH YOU GUYS OX OX OX OX...lol

I'll admit today wasnt the greatest day but i felt like i have like a rock constantly hitting the back of my head i dunno it like my right eye wants to pop out
but yeah i did
my back although not the greatest intesity i did

and i shot around the basketball wasnt really a game but got a little sweat going...
boo head pain i hate it tommorrow i shall train abit harder, at least that is my plan

not much to say here i went to the gym at ten and biked for about 20 minutes....i should never bike with jogging pants on again it is gross...

does anyone know how to get rid of this pain behind my right eye or in the back of my head it would be nice to get rid of it...

chicken breast is beginning to suck a little i need to figre out more htings to eat but i just figure chicken and steak is just he easiest way to go the end...i will put down the meals i had today and yesterday:

today i played full court basketball it was maybe a mistake i dont think i'll walk tomorrow...and i tried to do some bicep curls but i just couldnt so i rode on teh bike..at least give me an A for effort the lowest an A-

my training on the other hand has been really good since i cut out a day of hard or high intensity cardio i've found i have been getting bigger when i look at myself in the mirror before i sleep and pose... that is all for today

diet sucked again and i cheated one meal i will not post my diet or meals till i get back on track cause its a waste of time, i used to complain bout my chicken breast and steak now i miss the plain taste of it, plus it was cheaper to eat...

training was quite intense today the pushup skipping cardio was nice, never broke a sweat like that in awhile...if you all want a good laugh you guys should see how eric first did a girl pushup....lol

the runs will start soon whose all down?

so i had my third cheat meal last night it was a big mac, it tasted so good going down, but then an hour later apperently my body rejected all its goodness and i threw up, lol ... apperently my body no longer nejoys all that goodness...BOO

so this has nothign to do with my diet or routine but i went in for my final tuxedo fitting today and i lost four sizes...LOL so that mean s i'm getting leaner cause i'ms tillpretty much the same weight WOOT WOOT
